Our programs are designed to provide and deliver predictable, recurring energy savings with minimal customer care or maintenance. We utilize a passive measures focus and methodology that is less expensive, immediately lowers energy costs and reduces carbon footprint with shorter payback periods, longer life and little or no service required.

CURRENT DEMAND-SIDE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS

GreenSmart Energy Reduction Program®
	The GreenSmart Energy Reduction Program® is a business direct weatherization program targeted to multi-unit housing property owners, managers and cooperatives in the New York City metro area. The GreenSmart Energy Reduction Program® provides residents with no-cost or low-cost passive energy efficiency improvements through their managing or ownership entity. These improvements immediately conserve energy, decrease operating costs and reduce carbon footprint while generating recurring annual energy savings in the overall building envelope. Lighting Express Program
	The Lighting Express Program is a lighting program targeted to single and multi-unit housing customers of Consolidated Edison Electric Company (Con Edison) in specific territories of Brooklyn and Upper East Manhattan. The Lighting Express Program provides free energy efficient compact fluorescent light bulbs to reduce electric usage.  QCS is an approved contractor for Con Edison’s Targeted DSM Program and has successfully implemented lighting improvements in specific territories of Manhattan, Brooklyn and The Bronx for the past five years. Direct Assistance Program
	The Direct Assistance Program is a weatherization program targeted to income-qualified customers in Southern California Gas Company’s (SCG) service area in Southern California. The Direct Assistance Program provides income-qualified customers free energy education, weatherization measures and energy-efficient appliances to reduce gas usage. The program is available to both homeowners and renters residing in single and multi-family and mobile homes. QCS is a licensed contractor in four key areas most prominently in Weatherization and Energy Conservation issued by the State of California Contractors State License Board. Energy Partners Program
	The Energy Partners Program is a weatherization program targeted to income-qualified customers in Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) service area in Northern California. The Energy Partners Program provides income-qualified customers free energy education, weatherization measures and energy-efficient appliances to reduce gas and electric usage. The program is available to both homeowners and renters residing in single and multi-family and mobile homes. QCS is a PG&E qualified contractor for The Energy Partners Program and has been for more than eleven years. In that time, QCS has been recognized by PG&E on several occasions as a leader in the program receiving awards for top quality, top customer satisfaction and top overall performance.
